Crikeya is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi users. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these complete Terms and Conditions.

Crikeya is strictly for adults — meaning individuals aged 18 and above. Providing services to minors is strictly prohibited. These terms may be updated from time to time — any new version will be announced on the website.

• Continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the latest Terms & Conditions.

To open an account on Crikeya, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created using false details may be closed at any time and all balances forfeited.

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same device, IP address, or payment method, all accounts will be immediately closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

• Provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Transferring or selling an account is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Crikeya supports all major mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, and the maximum varies depending on the payment method.

Supported Payment Methods:

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• There are no additional charges on deposits — Crikeya does not charge any processing fees.
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from another person's mobile banking account may result in the payment being held.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Crikeya's withdrawal process is transparent and secure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. KYC verification must be completed on your account before any withdrawal can be made.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Larger amounts (over ৳1 lakh) or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification — allowing up to 48 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place and the wagering requirement has not been completed, your withdrawal may be held.
• Crikeya reserves the right to recover any incorrectly paid winnings resulting from a system or software malfunction.
• Only one withdrawal request may be submitted per day.

Participation in Crikeya's bonus program is entirely optional. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions — please read them carefully before claiming any offer.

Wagering Requirement:

Wagering refers to how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with 7x wagering means you need to place ৳7,000 in total bets.

• Welcome Bonus: 7x wagering requirement, valid for 30 days.
• Weekly reload bonus: 8x wagering requirement, valid for 7 days.
• Free spin winnings: 5x wagering requirement.
• Cashback: No wagering required — withdrawable immediately.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Once a bonus expires, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If a promo code is used, the bonus must be claimed immediately at the time of deposit.

When placing bets on Crikeya, certain important rules apply. You cannot place a bet if your betting balance is insufficient — please make a deposit first.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets only — it is not available on all bets.
• Pre-match bets are no longer accepted once a match has started.
• Multiple events can be combined into a single accumulator bet; however, if one event is voided, it will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.
• In Live Betting, odds may change due to Crikeya server delays — bets received late may be rejected.
• If match manipulation or fixing is suspected, Crikeya reserves the right to withhold bets and conduct an investigation.

Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. For major markets, bets of up to ৳50,000 are generally accepted. Crikeya reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any wager.

If a cricket, football, or any other match is cancelled or left incomplete, Crikeya settles bets according to its specific rules.

Cricket:

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are void and stakes will be refunded.
• A T20 match is considered complete after a minimum of 5 overs, and an ODI after 20 overs.
• If a result is determined using the DLS method, bets will be settled according to that result.

Football:

• If a match is abandoned before half-time, all bets are void.
• Half-time bets will be settled if at least 45+ minutes of play have been completed.
• All full-time bets are settled at the end of 90 minutes — extra time is not included.

Crikeya reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registration using false information.
• Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassment of other users or staff members.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded (excluding bonuses).

Crikeya takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Details provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and address — are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Your information is never sold or transferred to any third party.
• Limited information may be shared with your mobile banking provider for payment verification purposes.
• Betting history and transaction records are retained for up to five years.
• Marketing messages are never sent without your consent.
